CP+ 2015: Sony's new FE lenses almost ready for prime-time
At the Consumer Electronics show in Las Vegas last month, we got our hands on some mockups of
Sony's upcoming FE-mount lenses. Originally promised to start shipping
as early as this month, Sony has yet to announce final pricing and
availability, but it is showing working pre-production samples of the
lenses at CP+ in Yokohama, Japan.
We're at the show, and we wasted no time getting our hands on the new lenses - which now come complete with glass inside them and working apertures and focus - a welcome change from the last time we saw them.
